Delivery and return of goods
We offer free in-store pickup at "Gundas Dārzi", located at A. Čaka Street 123, Riga. Orders are prepared for pickup within 2–4 days.
Opening hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–19:00, Sat 9:00–16:00.
When picking up your order, please provide the order number (#1234) and the name of the person who placed the order.
All items are shipped within 3-7 business days after receiving payment for the order. Delivery is made to the nearest available parcel machine at the specified address.
Orders within Latvia are sent using various parcel service providers - Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts and Venipak.
International shipments are sent using parcel lockers, courier or postal services.
Shipments within Latvia : 2.90 EUR
Shipments to Lithuania and Estonia: 3.90 EUR

Return of Goods
If the product is damaged or does not meet your expectations, you can return it return within 14 days of receipt. We (Susu) agree to refund the money if the goods are clean, not damaged and in the original packaging. When returning the goods, please send us a message to the email address susushoplv@gmail.com indicating your name, surname, account number. to which to send the money and the reason for returning the goods. The goods can be sent to Riga parcel machines: OMNIVA Artilērijas Street 44, DPD Artilērijas Street 44 or Latvijas Pasts Lielgabalu Street 4. Recipient's phone number: 27499286. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. Once we receive the returned goods, you will receive an email regarding the refund. Your funds will be returned to the specified bank account within 3-5 business days.
